Bluewaters Island is a man-made island just off JBR beach, connected to JBR by a pedestrian bridge and to Sheikh Zayed Road by a road bridge. Developed by Meraas, it is home to Ain Dubai, the Caesars Palace and Caesars Resort hotels, a retail and dining promenade, and the Bluewaters Residences, a collection of low-rise apartment and penthouse buildings with sea and Marina views.
