Binghatti Starfall is a new residential launch by Binghatti in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. Studios from AED 750,000, one-bedrooms from AED 1,250,000, with sales open since 1 July 2026 and handover scheduled for Q2 2028.
Property Overview
Starfall adds to the cluster Binghatti has been assembling in Al Jaddaf, alongside Spectre, Twilight, Starlight, Ivory, Ghost, Wraith, Cullinan, Moonlight and Pinnacle. The developer ended 2025 as Dubai’s top-selling off-plan developer by unit count, and Al Jaddaf has been its most concentrated single district.
