The Starfall plot sits in the north-western corner of Al Jaddaf, close to Dubai Municipality Club and the Dubai Police Club, with Sheikh Rashid Road running along the northern boundary. That puts it on the Bur Dubai side of the district, a little inland from the Creek frontage where Dubai Wharf and the waterfront towers sit.
Al Jaddaf’s appeal has always been position rather than glamour: it is wedged between Dubai Healthcare City and Dubai Creek Harbour, on the metro, and minutes from Downtown — one of the few central districts where entry prices still start under AED 1M.
