Al Naseem is the most conventional of the Hudayriyat releases and the closest to handover, scheduled for Q4 2026. The facade choice is unusual for a UAE masterplan: buyers pick between a Californian elevation and a modern contemporary one with dark grey metal cornices, so the street does not read as a single repeated house. Interiors run neutral, with oak veneer joinery and travertine.

Hudayriyat Island is Abu Dhabi’s sport and outdoor island, a causeway west of the corniche that Modon has spent a decade turning from empty reclaimed land into the emirate’s most active waterfront.
