Do Hotels & Residences is a beachfront hotel-residence building on Dubai Islands. One Development created it with the singer Amr Diab as the flagship of the DO Hotels brand, and markets it as the first music-themed, AI-integrated hotel in the UAE. It rises G+7 over a basement and holds 120 hotel serviced apartments, from studios to three bedrooms.
Each residence is handed over fully furnished, with high-quality finishes, an equipped kitchen and smart-home systems. It also has two professional recording studios, which no other building on the island offers.
