About Tarrad Development New Project at Jebel Ali
This is a new mixed-use residential tower by Tarrad Development in Jebel Ali, Dubai; the developer has not yet released the final project name. Apartments start at AED 550,000 for a studio, on a 50/50 payment plan.
Property Overview
The tower rises B + G + 3 podium levels + 14 floors and holds 242 apartments and 8 ground-floor retail units: 18 studios from 380 sq ft, 196 one-bedrooms from 565 sq ft (in two layouts), 28 two-bedrooms from 930 sq ft and retail units from 974 sq ft. Apartments come with a fitted kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies with glass balustrades.
The facade combines cream stone, bronze vertical fins and curved edges, and residents arrive through a double-height glazed lobby with a landscaped drop-off. The project is in the developer’s pre-sale stage. A handover date has not been published yet.
