25/75 — 25% across construction, 75% on handover in Q2 2031, starting from a 5% down payment. Mortgage financing of up to 75% is available through ADIB and you do not need to be an existing ADIB customer. Resale is permitted once at least 20% of the purchase price has been paid, which matters if you are buying to trade rather than to live in.
