The Opus by Omniyat is a stunning development that is located right in the heart of Burj Khalifa District. Designed by one of the reputed architects Zaha Hadid. Situated in what is considered to be the prime business district of Dubai, the development comprises of two glass towers, joined by a steel and glass bridge. At the ground level, the towers are connected together by a four-storey atrium.

The Opus by Omniyat has a dominant location, central to Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. The Opus is a landmark in its own right. This architectural marvel intrinsically stands out on Dubai’s map for its magnificent design. It’s also a hip cultural and artistic hub – an awesome nightlife destination that offers eclectic dining choices and is conveniently close to the Dubai Opera, Marasi Business Bay and Dubai Water Canal.

The guest rooms are congruent with Zaha Hadid’s signature design, inspired by the natural world of sky, sea and plants. Her organic shapes, flowing in appearance, combine with geometric structures to create positive energy and a calming, serene mood. From the texture of the sinuous walls and doors to every piece of furniture, each element in the rooms is designed by Zaha Hadid. The center piece of each room is the marvelous bed, defined by a single, unifying, gesture. For perfect relaxation and wellbeing each unit integrates headboard, side-tables, control system and lighting.
