MASA Residence, an extraordinary architectural masterpiece, is proudly branded by YOO, inspired by the renowned design genius Philippe Starck. This iconic residential tower is a harmonious fusion of innovative design, luxury living, and the breathtaking natural beauty of Al Marjan Island. MASA Residence is located in Al Marjan Island, a man-made island which has successfully transitioned into a world-class hospitality destination.

The design concept of the development was inspired by the coral, which is the meaning behind the name ‘Al Marjan’. The architectural marvel of MASA Residence is a tribute to the coral formations, mirroring their intricate and organic patterns. The building’s fluid contours and fluidity capture the essence of underwater life, celebrating the biodiversity found in this pristine environment.

The building’s design elements prioritize the natural beauty of the surrounding environment, creating a sense of harmony between the built and natural environment. The overall design provides residents with a comfortable and enjoyable living experience, while also offering a luxurious resort-like atmosphere. The project has been designed to have a clear sea view for all residential units.

جزیره مرجان یک مجمع الجزایر خیره کننده دست ساز است که در امارت رأس الخیمه واقع شده است. این یکی از برجسته ترین مقاصد گردشگری در منطقه است که به خاطر سواحل زیبا، استراحتگاه های مجلل و توسعه های مسکونی سطح بالا شهرت دارد. جزیره مرجان در امتداد خط ساحلی خلیج فارس واقع شده و مناظر خیره کننده ای از دریا را ارائه می دهد. این جزیره به شکل صخره مرجانی است و از چهار جزیره اصلی مرجانی شکل تشکیل شده است که توسط یک بلوار مرکزی به هم متصل شده اند.

یکی از نکات برجسته اصلی جزیره المرجان، سواحل شنی سفید بکر آن است که در امتداد ۵.۴ کیلومتر امتداد دارند. بازدیدکنندگان می‌توانند از فعالیت‌های مختلف ساحلی، از جمله حمام آفتاب، شنا و ورزش‌های آبی مانند جت اسکی و قایق‌رانی لذت ببرند. آب‌های کریستالی خلیج فارس، محیطی ایده‌آل برای علاقه‌مندان به آب فراهم می‌کند.
