About Sorrento at Lagoon Views, DAMAC Lagoons by DAMAC Properties
Sorrento is DAMAC Properties’ newest apartment launch in the Lagoon Views cluster of DAMAC Lagoons, Dubailand. It brings 673 homes, studios and 1-bedroom apartments, to mid-rise Mediterranean-style buildings around the community’s crystal lagoons, with completion scheduled for Q1 2030. Prices and the payment plan are on request ahead of the official release.
Property Overview
Sorrento takes its name from the clifftop town on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, in keeping with DAMAC Lagoons’ Mediterranean-themed clusters (Santorini, Costa Brava, Marbella, Venice, Portofino and others). It is the community’s new apartment phase: a group of low- to mid-rise buildings, between 1 and 9 storeys, with white, softly curved façades and deep balconies facing the lagoons and landscaped gardens.
The project is aimed at first-time buyers, young professionals and investors looking for an entry point into a DAMAC master community. Homes have open-plan layouts, fitted kitchens and balconies with lagoon or garden views. The project is registered under DAMAC’s subsidiary Island Oasis Properties in the Al Hebiah Fifth district. Construction started in July 2026, and anticipated completion is 31 January 2030.
