The developer positions it as the only development of its kind in the market offering office space for sale rather than for lease &mdash; which, if you have tried to buy rather than rent a floor in Business Bay, you will recognise as the gap it is aimed at.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Six buildings, each ground floor plus twelve to twenty-one levels.
